New Pools
Gunite is concrete sprayed over a steel cage, so the shape is yours rather than a mold's. Freeform, geometric or vanishing edge, with the deck, coping and equipment handled as one job.

An older shell is usually sound. What dates a pool is the finish, the tile, the coping and the deck around it. A remodel changes all four, and can add a ledge, a spa or new lighting at the same time.

What people ask first
What does the free design and estimate include?
A conversation about your yard, a layout, and a price for the work described. There is no charge and no obligation. If you have already built something in the 3D studio, send it and we start from there.
Is a remodel cheaper than a new pool?
Usually, because the excavation and the shell already exist. What it costs depends on how much of the finish, tile, coping and deck is being replaced, and on whether the shell needs repair before anything goes over it.
Can we add a spa or a tanning ledge later?
Both are easier to build with the pool than to cut in afterward, because the plumbing and the shell go in once. Adding one later is possible on most shells, and it means opening the deck to reach the plumbing.
Do you handle the deck and coping too?
Yes. Coping is the cap around the pool edge and the deck is the surface around that. Both are part of the same job, and both are in the 3D studio, so you can see what a change looks like before you commit.
